20170522 TACE / Aneurysm / Splenic rupture

• TACE / 
• Viable tumor
• 這次勾比較進去，沒有塞到往上到S8的branch，病人就完全不會痛
• procedure約1hr 28 min
• Aneurysm  / 
• CT angiography shows an aneurysm at left posterior communicating ICA, about 6mm in size, narrow neck, project posterolaterally. 
• No significant vasospasm. 
• An aneurysm at left posterior communicating ICA, with SAH, IVH & hydrocephalus. Fisher Grade 1. None evident 4.  
• 左邊的PCA直接從Pcom來，沒有P1所以不適合栓塞，會造成大片中風
• Splenic rupture
• CT: Splenic injury with contrast extravasation and associated hemoperitoneum.
• 疑似網上的branch有出血
• 把網上的branch塞掉，再照一組確認沒有出血，結束
