• IA: right proximal ICA occlusion
• 用micro鑽鑽看，鑽過去就放filter，做angioplsaty
• 氣球消掉的前後同時suction

•  left cavernous ICA stenosis

• over the wire 用300 力量才夠
• 有四個marker
• 先放超過，再拉回來到要開支架位置
• 固定外sheath，推中間那支到proximal第三、第四個點靠近
• 固定中間那支，把外sheath脫掉，支架放好
• IA 
• Right supraclinoid ICA occlusion 
• 用0.035 wire帶上去
• 遇到眼動脈，用0.035 wire在裡面，稍微擠一下就上去了
• 擠幾次沒上去再用XT27帶
