• DAVF + sinus stenosis  
• Artery Neuron070 + Marathon + Onyx (DMSO 0.3ml0
• Vein 6 Fr. shuttle + SL10
• Heparin 3500, 500/ hr.
• Neuron070 in ECA, then Marathon put into MMA
• Shuttle in IJV, SL10 to sigmoid sinus
• Fistula point embolization with 10 microcoils
• MMA embolization with Onyx, avoid Vein of Labbe and cortical vein, when reflux to cortical vein, wait for 3 minutes (keep hand positive pressure)
• Each time before injection, re-do double road map
• Remove catheter like fishing (釣魚，負壓扯兩次，第三次拉掉導管)
