- HCC rupture /
- Large tumor in left lobe supplied by LHA and MHA

- 血管嚴重鈣化，長sheath 推不到底 (有阻力) ，就留一小段在外面不要硬推，RC1進出也卡卡的
- 左邊很難勾，確定level之後逆時針轉RC1(慢慢轉) 看難不能跳進去
- 跳進去後進wire再稍微近深一點，打要照相
- 看到兩個出血點，大概塞掉一半腎臟
- SAH ( 3 aneurysm) /
- bilateral MCA bifurcation動脈瘤，出血的是Pcom動脈瘤
- Adhesion suspected SMA occlusion
- SMA、CHA照相沒看到filling defect
- CHA進不去，wire進不深J curve一直跳出來
- 後來改用RH跳進去，在CHA打藥，GDA很細而且沒有supply 到左下方，結束。

- 兩側ICA critical stenosis
- 做完左側無力，CTA沒有stroke，懷疑hyperperfusion syndrome

- NAV6 filter末端太硬，前面的wire太軟帶不上去
- Common trunk of LCCA and Right inominate artery，使用shapable wire也無法，後來改開JB2。
